We usually reply within two working days. During major sale events such as Big Billion Days it can take a little longer.

Prices change through the day. Every price on HindStore carries the time it was last checked. If the gap is large, the listing has probably changed since our last check — tell us and we will refresh it.
No. HindStore is a comparison site. Every Buy button sends you to the retailer, and you buy from them on their own site with their own returns policy.
Tell us about it. We prioritise stores with meaningful catalogue overlap and reliable pricing data.
